The objective of the trip was to catch the Milky Way in Mersing.
Mojito’s maiden voyage out of Singapore begins…
Mary’s first AirBNB experience. She met a very nice owner, Tolo. Knowing that they were caught in the rain, he bought them all hot milo to welcome them.
The owner found out they were there for the skies so he introduced them to Ah Hui, a local photographer. Despite being busy, he came to their doorstep just to tell them the way.
GO KART
Mary and friends made a little detour to Permas Go Kart Club before heading to Mersing. Exact location to be provided at a later time.
Pit stop along the way to remove raincoat.
Tolo’s house has 2 large clothes racks providing enough space for 6 rain coats, 6 amour jackets and 6 pairs of gloves. The porch is enough for 6 bikes too.

There is a town area before turning into Tolo’s house. There you can find a lot of food and 2 fast food: KFC & Mary Brown.
After a super late lunch, they went back to rest. The rain drained all their energy. When the sky was dark enough, they set off to the jetty but couldn’t find it. These people gave up too easily. It was just few hundred metres ahead.
And this was what they were here for. A whole new world for Mary. Unbelievable sight… Indescribable feeling… Soaring, tumbling, freewheeling, through this endless diamond sky~ .
Bring a picnic mat out if you plan to come here so that you can lie down to have a 180 degree view of this beautiful sky. You don’t have to spend $2000 to see this. Mary spent only $200.

This is Canon G9X. The camera behind the superb shots. Small, light and nice retro look. It has wifi features. You can set it a tripod and control with your phone. Photos can also goes straight to your phone. Mary had a hard time convincing her friend iphone camera cannot do everything. Now he is convinced.
Chinese coffee shop. Everything was nice.
When they reached back JB central area, they sent our bikes to wash then head for this herbal duck, Self proclaim adviser of Dian Xiao’Er. Exact location to be provided at a later time. Had a massage then head back.
